Made the drive out from Tucson to hike this trail, but access to the trailhead from FR 96 is now blocked by a locked gate on private property just off of Klondyke Rd. Couldn't find any way around it.

Hiked the old jeep trail from the White Canyon Wilderness boundary to it's terminus (the two-track which GET picks up and follows through the Wilderness). Beautiful scenery, fantastic solitude. Also, plentiful cow pies (is this even legal in a wilderness area?). The washes had no running water, but a few shaded places had a bit of standing water.
