Hello! This is my first real hike after too long an absence, also my first post on HAZ. I have been busy with other activities and careers. No regrets. Just saying ...

Grateful my brother and sister-in-law suggested I get on a trail again during this crazy COVID Shutdown. A big thank you also to Karen, my hiking partner who is a trained naturalist volunteer at Sabino who leads grade schoolers on fabulous adventures, except for now, while all such activities are deemed "nonessential." Anyway, long story short, since my work as a Pilates/Movement teacher in a studio setting is also not possible right now :? , I am learning to hike again with a little help from my family and friends. How to pack a fanny pack (Thanks, Cath @LosDosSloFolks ) How to use this website (Thanks, Greg @LosDosSloFolks ) Inspiration (Thanks much, Rowdy & Larry @RowdyandMe , Pam @outdoor_lover , Tibber @tibber/Angela & Ambika @desertgirl This phenomenal resource (Thank you, Joe @joebartels ).
