Hedgehog was still there, and looking trimmed like a Disney World bush, and ruins were still ruined. Wash north of Trail 100 showed signs of heavy run off from last weekend's rain. Found some new treasures just a few feet off the trail directly behind the last house on 12th Pl. Cool! I hopped down in the pit to check them out, as an old guy walked by. I told him about it, and the two wrecked vehicles up the nearby wash, and was "Hmpphed garbage" back. Guess he did not remember what it was like being a six-year old boy. I mean, yeah, if it was Coors Light cans, or a homeless nest, it would be garbage, but many decades of aging turns junk into treasures. |
