| no partners | | This was a combined effort from members of HAZ and also Arizonerhikers.com to put together a memory book for the Domin family....our memories of Joe Domin aka GPS Joe who went missing in the Matzatals in November 2010. The memory book was completed and sent to his son Christian just before Thanksgiving 2011 and the family has received it. This has been a work in progress for over a year.
Many HAZ& AZH people were involved in the search for Joe. So many people have been to the Mt Peeley TH since 11-2010.
I never would have been able to put this together without the help of Hank Luke aka "grasshopper" so thanks HANK!
Hank and I decided we should post it here as a generic trip and link it to the pictures and also to the Sheep Mountain trek, Joe's last known hike. We both think that the HAZ community needs to see the memory book as this book is from ALL of us. Remember that although I put the book together that this was given to the Domin family as a remembrance from the combined hiking communities of HAZ and AZH and not from just me. |
