The White Horse Tank trail is 1.2 miles long. It begins at End Of Vista Del Oro Rd. and ends at Jct. With Ft 42.

This old road FS 35 supposedly declared a trail is virtually pointless if you do not own a home in the adjacent neighborhood. The only road accessible access is through a neighborhood with a sign declaring you are trespassing if not invited. Furthermore, there is no parking or signage where the National Forest begins adjacent to the declared private property.

Please note, this may or may not be a mouse and cat game. Locals in various parts of the state have been known to post false claims. This one may or may not be legit. Try calling the FS, checking the Yavapai Assessor Map or calling the county if desired.

Check out the Official Route.
