Village Spur Trail #5001A is a 0.26 mile one way hike with 69 feet elevation gain. Located 13 miles east-northeast of Alamogordo New Mexico. April and March are the best months to enjoy this hike.
The Village Spur Trail is a short 0.3 trail that connects the Village of Cloudcroft to the Trestle Recreation Area. The trail is open for the following uses: Hiking, Horseback Riding, Mountain Biking, Motorcycles and ATV's. Parking for this area can be found at the junction of US82 and NM130 on the west end of the Village of Cloudcroft.
