Overview
Lick Canyon Trail #5543 is a 4.3 mile one way hike with 41 feet accumulated elevation gain. Located 27 miles southeast of Alamogordo New Mexico. May and September are the best months to enjoy this hike.


It begins at Forest Road 9642D and ends at Forest Road 253A. The trail is open for the following uses: Hiking, Horseback Riding, Mountain Biking, Motorcycle Trail Riding, Off Highway Vehicles (OHV) less than or equal to 50 inches wide.
