Overview
Dark Canyon Trail #5700 is a 5.55 mile one way hike with 555 feet accumulated elevation gain. Located 15 miles east of Alamogordo New Mexico. May and September are the best months to enjoy this hike.


It begins and ends at Forest Road 223. The trail is open for the following uses: Hiking, Horseback Riding, Mountain Biking, Motorcycle Trail Riding
