The Middle Fork Trail is 10.2 miles in length, it connects to the Continental Divide Trail 813. The trailhead is located on Middle Fork FS Road 636. This trail is open for hiking, backpacking and horseback riding. The first half mile is open to off highway vehicles (OHVs) less than or equal to 50” in width; however, as of July 2012 it has become impassable to all OHVs.
