May and October are the best months to enjoy this hike. This trail is moderate for hiking. The elevation starts at 8,720 feet at trailhead and tops out at 11,500 feet a gain in elevation of 2,780 feet. This motorized trail is open to motorcycles. No ATV's. Check out the Official Route.
