Short walk in the park.
Beautifully cool weather.
The park is busting with blooming flora.
Banana Yucca, Poppys, Brittlebush, Blue Dicks, Fiddleneck, Scorpionweed,Desert Chicory, Globemallow, Luppine, Woolly Daisy, Wiry Lotus, Chuparosa and even Microseris :), to name a few.

This is the best time of year to enjoy this park

With afternoon plans, the goal was to hit a few trails out there I had not been on.

There were no @Mazatzal or @Crzy4AZ sightings

Diablo Trail - North & South
This hike was more than what I was expecting. After starting at Diablo South I figured it would connect to Diablo North. But there are so many trail that just have little signs that say most difficult.
I did a few of these just to find out they just go in circles.
However I did find a very nice little spot on the Diablo Trail South to have lunch. Both of the Diablo Trails have great views all around them. The trails are just not marked very well.
I did see a Cardinal on this hike as well as a deer just bummed out that I could not get a pick of the baby. It ran and would not stop and all I could think of was Bambi and I would have gave her a big hug see was just so cute and really the highlight of this hike for me.
Oh I never seen anyone on the whole hike :y:
