Thomas Divide Trail is a 13.25 mile one way hike with 1,807 feet accumulated elevation gain. Located 47 miles west of Asheville North Carolina. April and October are the best months to enjoy this hike.
Named for a Cherokee chief William “Little Will” Thomas.
Built by the CCC in 1934 when the park was established!
