Don't let me crossover by DixieFlyer Overview
This is the southernmost of two connector trails in the Fountain Hills Preserve(FHP) that connect the Sonoran Trail and the Lower Sonoran Trail. The Sonoran Trail is in both the Fountain Hills Preserve and the McDowell Mountain Regional Park; the Lower Sonoran Trail is only in the Fountain Hills Preserve. Hike The Sonoran Trail and the Lower Sonoran Trail are two trails in the Fountain Hills Preserve that are each about two miles long. These two trails are often hiked in a loop, although some people continue on to the McDowell Mountain Regional Park. This connector trail facilitates shortening the loop or adding some variety to the loop.
