Reach Connector
Moose Lake Trail #237 CW all the way to the Lake and the Moose Mountain Trail #213

or (recommended)

Moose Lake Trail #237 > Blacktail Lake #24 CCW to reach Moose Mountain #213
A picturesque trail that connects Blacktail Lake Trail #24 to Moose Lake Trail #237. This trail climbs steadily to the 6,643' peak of Moose Mountain. There are nice 360° views of the area, including Moose Lake below. Suggestion would be to climb from west to east and then drop into Moose Lake. There are steep and loose spots on the descent.

Water Sources
Water can be filtered from Moose Creek or Moose Lake on your way to or from this connector trail.

Camping
Plenty of nice options around Moose Lake, or at the nearby Blacktail Lake or Lake Estelle

Note
On top of Moose Mountain, there is some historical information on a tree off to the side, describing one of the people who spent winters on top of the mountain as a lookout and trapper.

Synopsis
Include side trips to Blacktail Lake and Lake Estelle for the full experience while in the area. The hike to Lake Estelle is especially worthy.
