Conservation is great, but they advertised the hell out of it and what they "accomplished", which really defeated the purpose IMO.

Grab some tortillas, OvaEggs Powdered Egg mix, salsa packets, just add water hashbrowns( in the carton), and the dehydrated whatever you want to add. Our team of 5 finished in 3.5hrs. Electric eel was hitting hard this year but the electroshock therapy was weake...

Re: How do you carry your handgun while backpacking?

There is no issue with the safepacker and the firearms availability or accessibility. It keeps the firearm secured, protected and out of the way. Will work with most packs and can adjust based on the thickness of any hip belt.

I think we will be hearing a lot more of these stories this year with all of the Fire activity in the area. AZGFD has released a few different warnings because of the bears possible displacement.

Planning a 2 night backpack for this coming up weekend and am looking for something that included water. Was planning on hiking Chevelon Canyon but heard there is a fire around there right now. Re: Greer Lodge Burnt to Ground

Greer Lodge is always a big part of the gossip mill in the eastern end of the White Mtns. It usually employs a lot of local people, especially in summer. It will be interesting to see what the investigation turns up. I heard they brought in the Feds. Could be just another rumor. ATF is assisting in...

Latest from their website: The Greer Lodge Resort & Cabins sits on 25 acres and contains 60 Buildings. Today, one of our Bu...
