US 60 update: An alternating lane of traffic is set up for the Salt River Bridge crash (mile post 286) between Globe & Show Low. Expect delays.
I-17 is closed at/near the 303 junction - SB backup begins south of SR74/Carefree Hwy. Expected to be closed through mid-afternoon.

The rollover is southbound. Even that should be open by afternoon. Northbound will be open sooner. The n/b frontage road is open (though slow with traffic) for detour/bypass. And you can take any of Scottsdale/Pima/Cave Creek to Carefree Hwy and get on north of the rollover as well.
But none of those options are more scenic than Lake Mary Road
