Trail Damage Around Town
So from some of the trip reports that I have seen, looks like some of the local trails took a beating in this summer's monsoon season. Anyone have any idea how long it takes the city of Phoenix to get around to repairing the trails and what is their priority?

They may never be fixed now that there's no money coming in from parking meters
