I am posting this in hopes for getting input and general feedback on this document. Although the document has not been formally adopted by the City of Peoria's City Council, it has been recommended for approval by the City's LPA, the Planning and Zoning Agency.

Nope, my limit is 249 pages... unless I thought HAZ'ers would really be interested, then obviously I'd have to stick with one sentence. ;)
