Happy Hour - Four Peaks

Post by bryanmertz »

On behalf of a few other members; I was curious to see who may be interested in doing an afternoon trip to Four Peaks - the bar, not the actual Four Peaks.

So - how about Tuesday, 6/17 @ 6:00PM?

What is this head-ache I have? Why are my eyes red? Why did I get to the office late this morning?

Was it the Kilt Lifter - I think so.

It was good to meet you all off the trail. I think we had about a dozen or so folks come out - and a couple others that missed the group.

Sounds like Matt is going to make a flag for the next event. I think Joe Bartels should organize something since he was the main topic of conversation last night - and we're not sure if he exists. Hopefully he can pull himself away from his cave for a hike or happy hour in the future.

In response to bryanmertz's reply:
I just found this website :D and I really need to get up to speed on posting a photo and learning to use the site  . So how do I make sure I don't miss out on future happy hours and where do I look for future group hikes being planned. :?: I just started running the canal about a month ago to get back into shape and I'm ready to start exploring AZ again. My old stomping grounds was the Black River in eastern AZ. I have not been there in a couple years. Unfortunately it's a long drive. I'm planning a shuttle hike either from Gobbler point down to the Black and back to Wildcat Bridge  or possibly starting at the top of a ridge at the end of 25D down to the Black and back to Wildcat. Plans are very sketchy right now but should materialize within the next few days. Any thoughts?
