Can someone direct me to the best source for AZ trail hike through info (preparation for hike 2015):

- Best time of year to start.
- Whether go South to North or North to South.
- Supply drop sites.
- Recommended supplies for a hike through.
- Inherent dangers: critters, people, weather.
- Recommended schedule for daily miles.
- Water supply issues based on time of year.
