I'm on the Welcome Wagon committee, the sign up is on the home page under HAZ group, BBQ. You need to sign up by clicking the link at the bottom about being 18, you will get approved and then can post what you want to bring.
Hope this helps,

BBQ signup list
Above the names that signed up is a list that Joe set up, Joe has it in red on how to submit what you are bringing, but basically you use the "edit" key in your message box, you put in there what you are bringing (what ever is still needed from the list above the members), then Joe will put your name next to the items you are bringing. So you will need to go back to that forum and see what is all there.AZ_Hiker wrote:thanks.. I have alreadu done that. I am #25 i think.. I just thought it was the weekend of the 19th is all.
what do you need me to bring? and where is it?
Looking forward to meeting you and everyone!

Try this hike, it is spectacular and perfect for summer months:

It is a bit longer than you asked, but you can leave your pack at the campsite and dayhike down to Sentinel Peak. Or if you want to shorten the trip you could aim for Chiricahua Peak or Snowshed Peak instead.
