Looking to set a record.
It’s nothing big, I was going to do a thru-hike of the AZT anyway, but I found out that the youngest known person to thru hike the AZT is 19. When I complete the trail I’ll still be 18 this spring, so I was wondering how to make this a record?

Sorry to tell you, but Brady Mahgran is the youngest to thru hike the trail. High school senior who completed it solo to raise money for cystic fibrosis in 2017.

FYI. it appears Brady was 17 years old upon completion (At least he was 17 when the GoFundMe account was created on January 9, 2017)
