Dead Horse in Frog Tanks H2O

Hiked Frog Tanks trail from Angel Basin to Plow Saddle on 2/14/18 and there was a dead horse in the only standing water along the route maybe 1/2 mile along the Frog Tanks trail in Rogers Canyon from Angel Basin. Looked like it hadn't been dead for that long though its eyes were missing

Some years back there was dead horse in the biggest pool at Reavis Ranch. I always hate that, but I've filtered and drunk dead horse water before.

There was no water in Angel Basin, though this was before the rain.
