If 516 is Snowbowl RD, and I think it is, then yes, you can overnight at one of the lots. Kachina TH is more likely to be quieter, and is right next door.

There are 8-10 campsites off of the road to Snowbowl on one of the FS roads. I camped there last year when I did the peak.
