I have used this pack only three times to realize it might be a bit too big for me. Since I have had it for 2 years, another story why I have not used it more during this time, REI would not take it back. Fair. I want to mention that it is sort of squeaky. It could be the frame or it could be the fact it doesn't fit my body right. It is in excellent conditions. I am careful with all my gear- where to set it down and all. The pictures will show it to you.
