OK I'm beginning to think this is some ATV riding Geocache thing that is filled with empty Bud lite beer cans. Since it's next to a power line and they would have to walk 30 feet. I was hoping it was something real.

To be a cave by my unscientific definition, it must be large enough to hide me from the rain. The "cave" in that picture looks more like a bathtub than a dry spot. On the other hand, the shadowed area could be an entrance to a larger void.

It’s real, it’s awesome a must see and yeas there is a geo can nearby... take a flash light please no graffiti been there twice now...

Dang! I wish I'd seen this thread last week... on Wednesday we were within 250 feet of it on our descent from the summit of Hollingshead.

As long as Forest Road 81A is DRY and you drive carefully I believe you could make it ok with a 2WD pickup or SUV with reasonably high clearance... as in slightly more than most stock SUV's.
