Yes in the legend the red triangles are listed as complex points.

Well, this is strange.
I searched the "Legend" page and "Map tips" page and do not see the word "complex".
Where are you seeing the reference to "complex points".
What do I need to do to see what you are seeing?

Layer #1 is named "Complex points"

That page shows the legend for all the GIS layers hosted on the GeoMAC server.
My map does not display that layer #1.
That layer #1 refers to several separate fires that for management purposes are treated as a "complex".

But it is easy to be confused since that triangle looks like the MODIS triangle on my map - although the color is a bit different.

I’m sure this will make a few people happy...

I wonder if the overuse of the Reavis Ranch area led to a general lack of burnable wood for the fire in the area. Perhaps this helped keep the fire at lower intensity for the orchard since it would mostly have been burning grass?

Fire is closing in on Reavis Falls. Glad I got out there in March to see it in all it's glory before the whole area burns.

The Gila County Sheriff's Office has announced an evacuation alert for Roosevelt and Roosevelt Lake area residents.

All residents are asked to GO at this time:

Residents should leave the area immediately. Be sure to take any medications, pets, family valuables etc. with you, close all windows including window coverings, and leave all doors closed.

A temporary shelter facility has been established for community members and small pets at Lee Kornegay School, 4735 S Ragus Rd., Miami, AZ, 85539. Livestock are being sheltered at the Gila County Fairgrounds. For those who are unable to evacuate livestock, paint phone numbers on animals for future identification before turning them loose.

Much less smoke was visible today compared to previous days, looks like the western half of this fire mostly burned itself out...

Looks like it will reach the Reavis Mtn School today or tomorrow, hope they had enough time to clear a buffer - those guys work hard each year to build up a beautiful garden.

I have not seen or read anything in any of the reports that mention Tony's Cabin. But it seems the plan has been to let it burn within the perimeter of the 88/188 corridors while protecting specific assets. I would expect that Tony's is one of the protection assets.

I did see a briefing saying the fire had run through the Spencer drainage and they were dropping slurry on Sawtooth Ridge -- the one place I would be happy to see burn so I can actually get to it without the Eagle/Joe/Frost manzanita war zone experience.

If anything does happen to it, I'm glad I took Mrs. big_load and Cousin G. there last year. Mrs. big_load found it very enjoyable, in contrast to my usual death march. She likes water sources and points of historical interest.

@nonot looks like fire is already all around Reavis Mountain School as of earlier today. Hopefully they did get that buffer cleared out.

Apache Trail, (SR 88) has been opened as far as Tortilla Flat, then closed from there to the dam.

I just saw this post from 6pm last night (6/20):

U.S. Forest Service-Tonto National Forest Tony Ranch has been wrapped with protective material by our structure protection crews. The Woodbury Fire is approximately 4 miles west of Tony Ranch currently.
