All,
Is there a publicly-available list of the AZT water cache boxes? You know, those brown, metal, latched boxes, usually near accessible locations?
Thanks,
Gary

Re: List of AZT cache boxes
Update: the box at FR 4, not readily available with stock vehicles,
has been moved to just north of Picketpost TH, not visible from the road but I'm told it's there.

I assume the box at FR4 isn't needed anymore since the install of the new rainwater collector in that area? Any idea how well the collector has been performing, especially this year?

So far, so good. FS required we get the water tested every so often for a while and that has been done. I don't know how to check the water quantity, some rain would be nice soon.
And FS 4 went through private land, besides being a real bear to navigate. The owner shut it off to pubic use and the FS hasn't gotten the realignment built yet.
