Pack repair
Helping a friend repair packs for their scout troop. Not very found of clevis pins, lot of them damaged and some broken. Hard on the fingers while replacing.

Have not been able to locate a source for shoulder straps, back pads and hip belts for external frame packs. Most of the packs are military ALICE packs, no problem finding parts for them the other external frame packs, mostly Kelty unable to source parts.

I have used a shoe repair shop before. They do repairs on luggage, handbags, etc. Additionally, they have more powerful sewing machines, heavier gauge needles, and heavier threads.
