Blue, unless it burned??? is off 191 south of Hannagan Meadow in eastern Arizona. Short hike.
Bear Mountain, if it didn't burn. Maybe isn't abandoned. Is off the Blue River road in far eastern Arizona on the New Mexico border. Longer hike.
Kaibab? Not sure if still in use. Drive to it. Near the N. Rim of Grand Canyon.
Woody Mountain, a little south of Flagstaff, not in use. Hike to it.
And the famous Escudilla tower, which definitely burned, not sure what's left of it. Great hike. South of Springerville.

Eagle made a nice map a long time ago. His notes indicate if they were active or abandoned at the time of the map. I'm sure some things have changed over time. (For example, the Mormon Lake Lookout has been completely dismantled and it no longer exists at all). You'll have to do the math on scenic drives or trails to access them!

I'm not sure what my spirit animal is, but I'm confident it has rabies.

@azbackpackr Thanks for the specific fire towers. We live in Tucson but do get to Alpine and Flagstaff on a fairly regular basis so your suggestions are appreciated!

Re: Closed / Abandoned Fire Lookouts
@chumley Wow love the map and thanks so much! On a vacation last summer we went to the Round Mountain Lookout. We had so much fun going up that crazy four wheel road we thought we'd look for more. From the top of that rickety tower the views were amazing of course. Can't even specifically remember how I stumbled on that fire tower on a map, so I thought I would ask for help to find more. I did do a search for Fire Lookouts here on HikeAZ but didn't run into the link to the thread you provided so thank you for your patience with my question.

Try Lee Butte and Buck Mountain in the Happy Jack/ Mormon Lake area.
On the first part of the journey
I was looking at all the life
There were plants and birds and rocks and things
There was sand and hills and rings
