Finnish Skier Suffers ‘Frozen shiny rifle’ During Cross-Country Event at Beijing Olympics

Post by Pivo »

I am not a cold weather person, yet do enjoy snowshoeing. I am guessing that low temperatures+perspiration+poor wicking base layers and wind chill could make this possible.

Oh my word, what do you have to lose to gain first place? :scared: :scared: :scared:

@Pivo
And George Costanza thought shrinkage was bad...
Be a minimalist. It's the least you can do.

It wasn't the first time for him, I would be concerned about nerve and tissue damage.

That's why they make windbriefs. (Don't ask me how I know).

For a brief time, I worked at AT&T near Chicago. I rode my bicycle to work. When November came it got really cold. A few times I stuffed a plastic bag in the front of my pants. I was really happy to return back to Phoenix before the winter really set in.

So do you still stuff a plastic bag in your pants? Chumley wanted to know, but was afraid to ask.
