electrolytes question
Hi to all, this year I made a promise to myself to hike 500 miles. I need to keep hiking in summer to keep up with the promise. I am now looking around to see which electrolytes are the best. So far, I have used coconut water. Interested in your suggestions/preferences. Thanq in advance.

That's my issue with a lot of drinks. For every bit of stuff you need, they add four bits of stuff you're better off without.CannondaleKid wrote:... Gatorade, in my bid to get away from the sugar ...

Re: electrolytes question
true. Even the salt stick tablets that I take have hypromellose, magnesium stearate, and stearic acid. While these may not be harmful, I doubt if they are particularly beneficial to your health and well-being. Other than that, the salt stick tablets only contain vitamin D3, Calcum, magnesium, sodium, potassium, and chloride.
