Has anyone been to the South Bass trailhead recently? Any issues getting through?

Saw this (from yesterday)
"Last week we did a loop down point huitzil, Royal Arch, Elves Chasm…. The road out to the tribal gate was in great shape. There were a few ruts that were easily avoided. A low clearance 2wd sedan could have easily made the trip."
YRMV due to changing weather.

Ive heard of people going down Bass recently without issues. Im going next week, will
ride bike from the gate to trailhead, dont have high clearance for that section.
