For Sale - 2019 model year Nemo Tensor Insulated Regular

As the title says, I have a (used) 2019 model year (which is more durable than the latest model) Nemo Tensor Insulated Pad, in the Regular size, for sale.

I have the box that it came in, the pad itself, the stuff sack for the pad and the repair patch.

Does NOT include the pump sack.

The pad has been used for, at most, 40 nights since May 2019. No leaks. I have always been careful with it.

There was no ASTM rating when I bought it. But since then, it's been rated at 3.5.

Reason for selling - I bought an Outdoor Vitals Oblivion Long Wide and I don't use the Nemo anymore.

$140 cash.

I think your price is a tad high for a used item like that. Amazon is showing a brand new one for $139 right now. REI has a used one for $149, and they are always too high. (R.E.I. stands for Really Expensive Items).

I'd say you'll be lucky to get $50 for it. Not that it's a bad item, just that you'd be better off pricing it to actually sell it. I have tons of experience selling used items, have done dozens of yard sales, eBaying, Craigslist, and I have vendored at swap meets, gun shows, etc. The vendors at swap meets who have the same backpacking gear (or any other kind of item) weekend after weekend are the ones who don't price to sell.

Look at Vintage Pyrex on ebay. Insanity ( asking 4K for some bowl) apparently a rare one went for 20K and the buyer backed out. I have one that is apparently a commoner ( saw one for 15 bucks). But who knows someone might have the one worth big bucks. Just raid grandma's attic!
The last used backpacking equipment I bought was a Black Diamond Light Sabre bivy ( no longer made for a while), and yes paid less than 50 bucks for it and talked the seller into seam sealing it for me.

Tnx. You might be right.
But I can't find the Insulated selling for $139 on Amazon. The lowest I can find is $189. (And the price varies like the stock market, normally at $200.)

But the model year 2022 is notorious for failing. Whereas the previous model year is much more durable.

But I'll drop the price a bit.

Backcounty is having a "flash sale" today. They're selling the 2022 model year Nemo pad for $110. As the Influencers have finally acknowledged, the 2022 model year pad has terrible reliability issues. Mine is a 2019 model year that is better. (Very reliable.)
