Yeah, I’ll pass on most synthetics, wool and down work just fine for me. Most synthetics have microplastics and nasty chemicals, although I do appreciate the willingness of a lot of these “woke” outdoors brands to use petrochemicals in their products.
Stop crying and just go do the hike.

No mention of leather?
I'm not sure what my spirit animal is, but I'm confident it has rabies.

Eat bugs, wear synthetics, live in pod, surrender all privacy to the Plutocrats. Obey. Yeah, what else is new from the propaganda outlets?

Down for my sleeping bag, wool for cold weather sleeping, but I pack a synthetic light jacket now in case I am hiking in cold wet conditions, to keep the hope of some warmth in case of dampness. RIght now that is a Patagonia nano puff or the adidas terrex insulated windweave jacket. The adidas seems to hold up to bushwaking pretty well.

@RedRoxx44
I only wear animal products, and preferably made from ruminants. Not their wool or fur, but them, themselves.

@RedRoxx44
I use wool and synthetics, I don't think it has to only be one or the other. Now that I am in an area with more precipitation and surface water that may change.
