In the past 14 years of HAZ tracking:
Chilson ( [ Chilson Spring ] )
Bear ( [ Bear Spring - Fisher ] )
have never been reported as dry.
Thus these are pretty reliable springs, though I can understand the desire to get recent confirmation. Last HAZ reports were in March.
