Garmin InReach Mini — Free to anyone who wants it.
It is outside of the recommended battery life, but I have not noticed any degradation of the battery. It still seems to hold a charge for the same length of time as when it was new. Works perfectly. Obviously needs a subscription to use the SOS function.
