Went up Piewesta Peak yesterday afternoon, first time there in 3 yrs. Felt my knee slightly,so I went 3/4 to avoid the steepness on the top and took my time. It was ok! I've been doing Quail Ridge off 40th/Shea to avoid the crowds,but hadn't done that since the spring! Missed it! Glad I can stiil do it. Also the air was relatively clear,so I didn't get killed by sinus stuff.Funny how quickly you lose that uneven footing skill! Really watched how I placed my feet! It was good to be back!!
