Mtn. Bike on Peralta Trail

Haven not observed it happening, but I have noted that folks have been mtn. biking on Peralta Trail, Superstition Wilderness lately.

What part of the trail, the section from Peralta Th to Fremont saddle? South mountain is bad enough. I sure hope the rangers don't open the Supes up to bike travel.

I've seen tire tracks on second water trail and have been wondering if it is legal. Sure would be fun (of course while respecting hikers, horses and everyone else)!

Trail 102 to Fremont Saddle, Greg its illegal and the fine is expensive.

That is what I thought and why I haven't ridden there, but the supes sure would be fun!
