Congress man still missing
Travis Riddle, 18, of Congress has been missing since last October, and the reward fund for his recovery, arrest and conviction of persons responsible for his disappearance is at $5,000.
Rumors have been floating throughout the community that Riddle's body has been found. That information is incorrect.
Family members, law enforcement and friends continue to look for Riddle's whereabouts. The organization, Find Me, is also involved in the search.
Find Me was formed and is directed by former federal agent Kelly Snyder, and the organization consists of 25 volunteers, both civilian and non-civilian. The group works in concert with law enforcement and families in resolving cases similar to Riddle's.
Arizona Search Track and Rescue (AZ STAR), an organization of dedicated volunteers, nine cadaver dogs and 35 multi-disciplined certified air-scent and tracking dogs, is involved in the search as well.
Numerous leads are being pursued, and the family is asking for help from the public.
The investigation is being conducted by Det. Mike Poling of the Yavapai County Sheriff's Office, and he can be reached at 928-771-3260. If an individual does not want to contact police authorities, the family strongly urges that person to contact Snyder at 480-688-2352. Tipsters can remain anonymous.
“Find Me and AZ STAR have been the answer to our prayers,” family members said. “We cannot thank everyone enough for their time, dedication and devotion to resolving this case in our time of urgency. Please take the time and effort to bring closure to this horrific family crisis.”
