Hi Gang
I posted some photos from my Mt. Whitney climb in my personal gallery, hope you all enjoy them. I also included two other galleries from two additional hikes I did in the eastern Sierra, just south of Carson City, Nevada and near Lake Tahoe. This area is absolutely beautiful, and I highly recommend it.

On the main page you can do a search by author, or click on my name anywhere you see it (discussion forum, etc) to open my file. In the upper right corner, you will see drop down box for personal gallery or personal websites. Just select any subgallery from the little drop down box to view that series. After I figured this out, I noticed many members actually have some nice photos posted in their personal galleries.
Hope that made sense

Thanks much! I did find it! Looks a little different up there with a bit less snow, but I did recognize most of the views. We camped at Horseshoe Meadows and started hiking on July 1, went up over Cottonwood Pass, camping at Chicken Spring Lake, then Rock Creek, then Crabtree Meadows, then above Guitar Lake (you have a photo of Guitar Lake) then Outpost Camp the last night, after having bagged Whitney that day. It was a really fun hike. Seeing your photos makes me realize how much I'd like to go back again.

Nice pics. I was up there last month too. We took two days, and camped at trail camp. I wish we would have had even more time though. Once we got to Trail Crest and saw the other side... All of those mountains, valleys, woods, and lakes... I couldn't stop wondering what was out there. One of these days I'll get back out there and do some more exploring. We ran into a group that had been out there for 18 days. I have some pics in my personal gallery too, some of the same pictures you took.
