There is a pretty nice trail system, which includes a loop and a spur to the top and another spur out to a pretty viewpoint. At about 2.5 miles or so there is a boy scout camp; last time I was there, it had faucets (there is also a restricted access dirt road) The system isn't that long--I think about 7 miles or so total. That is at the N end of the range. There is a 4wd rd which runs along the spine, and at the S end there is a trail to Wabayuma Peak; no water on this trail.
Hualapai, which is also the name of the local Native American nation, means "People of the tall pines." Wabayuma was one of their chiefs.
