Wet Beaver
Lookin' for a few good men and women to go on a through hike. Meeting at TH at approx 0700 and leaving a vehicle then shuttle up to Apache Maid for the drop in. I bagged this last year and it will take the whole day to complete. Tons of boulder hopping, falling down, cursing. Approx mileage is around 13-14 miles? Floatation devices are necessary if you aren't a good swimmer. Only strong hikers need apply. Dates anytime between 8-3 and 8-8.

Re: Wet Beaver
i guess im a little to late for this trip, but i might do this on the 11-12th. I had plans for another hike but have aggrevated a hernia so anything extreme is no good.
I'd be hiking in from the bottom up apache maid trail and dropping into the canyon out by Hog hill. I should be in the WBC canyon a few miles before sunset. Most likely find a small camp site after a few miles so on day 2 I only have to be in the water for about 6 miles, then hike out Bell trail back to the truck.
