annual trip to Maxwell trail. this leads into the heart of the canyons that start it all: West Clear Creek.
its a short but steep 3/4 mile to the water, where we will turn upstream and camp on an elevated bank about 1 mile from the trailhead.
elevation is 6000+ feet at camp.
temps expected to be mid seventies, low forties.
this trip was announced on the Arizona Backpacking Club and 5 of us are going, which leaves room for a few more of our friends from HAZ.

if i can gather a bag and a small tent, i'm in... but i'm not sure if i know enough peeps for that 
EDIT: can't make it... actually have to get some competition work done this weekend since next weekend i'll be helping finish up building a house and then doing another hike.
