camping group

Post by outdoorsman74 »

Are there any people interested in starting a camping group for regular monthly campouts? Or are there any groups already getting together who would allow a new member to join? I know some groups are not excited about "outsiders" joining them. I am just checking things out right now, but want to start like maybe July this year.

I'm pretty sure your second point here eliminates those two options!

Well maybe, but I would still like to go there sometime when it is not too crowded. I know it is a hot spot for many people, but it is definitely a nice change from the area south of phoenix. After all, how can I say for sure I do not like someplace if I have never been there? There may be camping spots around the surrounding lakes that may be fun and not too crowded.
