Howdy Y'all,
Been in Hong Kong for a week now on a business trip, and did some awsome hikes in the hills around Hong Kong Island last weekend. The hills are about 1,000 feet or so high, straight up from sea level!, and there are many of them.
The Brits did a good job in building and maintaining hiking trails which criss-cross Hong Kong Island, with decent loop hikes of around 5 miles. Because HK is so hilly, the trails are mostly up and down some pretty steep grades, and with high humidity (90+), a day of hiking can be quite exhausting. After puting in a couple of hours of up a thousand feet and down 500 and up again, all within a couple of miles, one can be pretty dehydrated....time for a little brewsky to get the electrolytes balanced again!
I am looking forward to being back in the familiar territory of the Supes in another week or so.
Best to all HAZers.

Thanks Neal amigo,
Surprised that you know about dim sum and potstickers, you being the acknowledged chili king of Arizona, with your "Spent Fuel Rod Chili" formula, an' all. If'n you want good dim sum, try the Chinese place called C-Fu on the SW corner of Dobson and Warner Roads.
This post comes from Singapopre where I am making the last stop before swinging toward home this Friday. Great place Singapore, and without question, a place with some of the best eating in the world. A mixture of Chinese, Malay and Indian cuisine makes this a gastronomic paradise.
Singapore is without a doubt the Silicon Valley of Asia, with all of the "big" ones here, Motorola (a huge plant), Intel, Seagate, HP, Compaq, and a host of Japanese, German and British high tech companies. Truly a wonder to behold.
Gotta get back into the Supes to walk off the pounds I gained from all of the great food and the liker.
See you all soon!

Thanks Mary,
Hope that your are well, and will be hitting the trail again soon, big time. Regards to Robert.
By the way, Singapore is 15 hours ahead of AZ, so it is already 11:00 am Monday morning, even as I type, while it is still Sunday night in Flagstaff.
Feliz Sanderas amiga mia.
