Water at Reavis Ranch?
I am planning on doing an overnighter mid-October from Rogers Trailhead (109 South) and staying the night at the Ranch, then come morning head out towards Reavis TH (109 North). My concern is WATER. Does anyone know if water is available at or near the Ranch? I'll surely bring my Katadyn filter, but it does no good if theres no water. Thanks in advance for your help. Any GPS coords would be very helpful as well.

I was on the 109 South to the ranch on 9/3 with Joe. You cross the creek numerous times just prior to getting to the Ranch. The creek, prior to, and around the Ranch, was flowing pretty well.
Check out Joe's GPS Track from the hike on MYTOPO!

and it shows where we walked by the creek.

Reavis Ranch is one of the few places in the Superstitions were there will always be water, so you'll be good to go

Thanks for the input. I'm pretty excited about this and glad to hear that there WILL be water. Thanks again.

Sendo - follow the previous threads on Reavis and you will find directions to the spring. Maybe some one by now has also listed the GPS location for it.
