cheap picture frame alert
Wally World has some pretty nice 8.5 by 11 frames and easy mounting for those of us who like instant gratification and print pics at home. They're 3 bucks each. Also thrift store are good sources for cheap but nice frames. I've just about gone crazy now I have a house of my own on printing and throwing those babies up on the wall. So many groupings---Salton Sea, Death Valley, Bisti, Galiuros, White Pocket, Fall, Flowers etc. I'm having a great time!!!

Where do you get prints cheap? I have a ton of stuff I want to get on the wall, but CVS, Wally World, Costco, etc. will print a 4x6 for 15¢, but when you want an 8x10 it's significantly more, especially when you're doing 10 of them.
Also, any good sources for prints larger than 8x10? (11x14 or 16x20)

I'm not sure what my spirit animal is, but I'm confident it has rabies.

Dunno about that---I have an old Canon photo printer that does a wonderful job on borderless prints letter size or smaller, and can use aftermarket ink cause the cartridges aren't chipped. It's an i960, one of the better home printers. Looked on Craigs list and came close to buying a Canon that will do 16x20 but just couldn't pull the trigger.

How about a pic of one of your picture walls.
For me, sometimes it's just as much about the journey as the destination.
Oh, and once in awhile, don't forget to look back at the trail you've traveled.

Costco/Sam's Club is basically the cheapest way to get prints, especially when printing large. I believe Sam's is doing 20x30s for $9.

Flea markets and yard sales are a good place to find frames too~~~~

Doing all that stuff. Getting those 'cheap frames' from Wal Mart and hitting the yard sales for some better ones. Good Will Stores have a lot of frames, but not good pricing. Whatcha gonna do????
For prints, try Office Max. 8X10's on your choice of heavy paper (Glossy, Matt) are only $.69 (that's 69 cents) each. Get to know the printing associate and get the right size formatting thrown in. Then just trim em and mount em.
