I have a permit for a 3 night backpack in Grand Canyon for the dates 10/20 thru 10/23. This will be a Tanner to Grandview backpack. First night Cardenas, 2nd night Red Canyon, 3rd night Horseshoe Mesa and then out. I have another two spots available on the permit,If you are interested and are an experienced backcountry canyon hiker let me know.
We have 2 vehicles going up on the 19th at different times, mid morning and late afternoon, both leaving from the Phoenix area and camping at Mather on the 19th.

That sounds fun...and it's one on my list to check off. Unfortunately, I'm over canyon booked for Oct-Nov (I know, who would think it's possible)...
