I have a voucher for 1 round-trip via town car to/from Sky Harbor airport. It expires on 11/9. They will meet you at baggage claim (if you wish) to assist with the transport of your bags to the car.
I purchased this coupon on livingsocial, but will be travelling on terra firma through the expiration date. It has (at least) a $70 value, more if you live in the Valley outskirts. http://www.ride-ez.com/

But I know the donate link is found at the bottom of the main forum page: index.php

I also have no air travel plans before then, but I like your HAZ trade idea.
